Plot:
The story begins with a small village house that is one fire as a couple of villagers watching it get burnt from outside. A monologue runs behind saying that this is not the beginning of the movie but the end. Then the whole story will be expressed from the beginning in a linear format. Mallika along with her mother sits in a crowd who all are hearing the words of a god’s person talking about the desires of humans and how it is not a bad thing. They deny it with him and leaves the place as it is getting dark. As they live far from the village, there will be no source for them to rather consider going home late. Their whole family goes through financial crisis and Mallika even wants to get married but as their living standards are not good, no one man chooses to get married to her. Mallika along with her father and mother stays in a small hut they built for themself on their own farm land. They make everything on their own. A fortune teller comes to her house and tells her that a guest comes to her home soon and changes their whole life. Just like he tells, a guest with a bag and suitcase comes to her home that day and requests to stay for a whole night as he doesn’t have any other place to go. They welcomes him and they see gold and cash in his suitcase which changes their personality totally. Mallika goes to a certain extent and lure him by seduction and tries to get hold of the gold and cash. What happens then and what kinds of backstory reveals is why you should watch the film.
